Regular Maintenance Needs of an Asphalt Pad
While concrete requires regular cleaning to keep looking its best and avoid premature breakdown, asphalt or blacktop will require some additional maintenance to keep looking its best. Primarily, this will involve sealcoating the surface every 1-3 years, as well as sealing any surface cracks that have developed in the meantime. While this is an extra consideration, the benefit is that you get a new-looking parking or driving surface every 1-3 years for a very reasonable cost.
