Is your asphalt in need of some help? Are cracks or potholes developing? Striping fading? Surface ready for sealcoating? Need to patch a trench made by another repair? What’s Part of Our Asphalt Maintenance Services

Our asphalt maintenance services include everything involved in repairing and prolonging the life of your asphalt driveway, parking lot, or RV pad to ensure you get the greatest lifespan possible out of your pavement.

Sealcoating

One of the basic elements of asphalt maintenance services, an asphalt surface should be sealcoated every 1-3 years to protect against cracks and other undo wear and tear.

Line Striping & Touch-Up

Particularly if your asphalt is used for a commercial building or other place where people gather, touching up or redoing your line striping on a regular basis is key to maintaining the functionality and appearance of your parking lot or driveway.

Crack Filling

Over time, settling and the elements can cause cracks to develop in the surface of your asphalt. If these cracks are addressed when they are small, they don’t have to spread further into the asphalt causing deterioration and fracturing. Filling cracks with specially formulated asphalt crack-filling compounds stops this deterioration.

Pot Hole Repair

When asphalt has been allowed to deteriorate, and especially when it is subjected to heavy commercial traffic, pot holes can form which are unsightly and a nuisance. Our asphalt maintenance services is ready to repair pot holes of all sizes.

Trench Patching

Occasionally a portion of your asphalt may need to be dug up to perform maintenance on underground lines. When this occurs, you’ll want to replace the asphalt in the section that was dug up, which is exactly what our trench patching services do.

What Past Customers Have to Say about Working with Us

Porter Sealcoating & Paving was very easy to work with. They responded promptly, gave me an accurate estimate, and were prepared to go out to the jobsite within a few days. I had unforeseen delays and had to reschedule them last minute and they were out within just a few days once the project was back on track. They paved a 20′ x 300′ road for me and did an excellent job, I even had another subcontractor ask me who did the pavement because it looked so good. They were the easiest and best sub I’ve dealt with so far. – Rebecca, Google Review
